For charters, the following client-paid costs are handled transparently:
- Overtime & Distance: The base package is designed for most needs. Overtime and extra kilometer fees apply only if you exceed the included 8 hours / 100 km (Full-Day) or 4 hours / 50 km (Half-Day).
- Tolls & Parking Fees: Paid by the client as incurred. The driver will keep all receipts.
- Driver’s Meal Allowance: A standard fee of $7 per day (≈¥50) applies if the charter period covers the driver’s standard meal times. Waived if you invite the driver to join your meal.
- Driver’s Accommodation: For multi-day trips requiring an overnight stay outside Guangzhou, a $42 (≈¥300) accommodation fee per night is required.
