1. Scope

This Policy applies to airport transfers and private charter bookings made with Kinthura via our website, email, or WhatsApp.

2. Free Cancellation Window

  • Standard Trips: Free cancellation up to [24/48] hours before scheduled pickup time (unless otherwise stated in your confirmation).
  • Peak Periods/Events: During exhibitions or holidays, free cancellation may not apply or may require more notice. Refer to your confirmation.

3. Charges for Late Cancellation/No‑Show

  • Late Cancellation: Within [24/48] hours of pickup, charge up to [50–100%] of the quoted amount, depending on vehicle class and time slot.
  • No‑Show: If you fail to appear without notice, up to 100% of the quoted amount may be charged.
  • Vehicle Already Dispatched: If the driver is en route/on site, actual costs (e.g., toll/parking/waiting) may be deducted from any refund.

4. Flight Delays and Schedule Changes

  • Flight Delays: We track flights and provide free waiting time as per your confirmation (e.g., 60 mins international, 30 mins domestic).
  • Extended Delays: Please notify us as early as possible. Additional waiting fees may apply beyond the free allowance.
  • Pickup Time/Location Changes: Subject to availability and may affect pricing.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Method: Refunds are returned via the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Timeline: We initiate eligible refunds within [5–10] business days after approval; bank/card times vary.
  • Currency & Fees: Refunds are processed in the original currency paid. Exchange differences and bank fees are borne by the customer unless required by law.

6. Special Cases

  • Multi‑Stop/Long‑Distance: May have stricter cancellation terms; refer to your confirmation.
  • Group Bookings/Multiple Vehicles: May require deposits and longer notice periods.
  • Force Majeure: Severe weather, disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control may affect service. We will rebook or refund unused portions as appropriate.
